Want to send out another congratulations to Mike and Melanie Monnette on their PR's this weekend at the Christmas Story 10K!
After deciding to train for a marathon, Mike and Melanie started working their way up doing a half marathon in 2010 and their first marathon in 2011 and have continued to run and complete in half and full marathons.

Since he picked running back up, he has accomplished half marathons, full marathons, Ragnar Relays, and now a 50miler! You'll also see him carrying none other than Spuddy Buddy on some of his runs.
What an amazing accomplishment and great job out there this weekend!

My sweet buddy Isabella and her mom Cristy made me and the RODS team this video . She is the reason I joined up with RODS.

Last year Alpha Tau Omega at USU had the inspiration to create a benefit concert with the purpose to help raise funding for our RODS Orphan. These amazing students put together something very special! The feeling in the room was something I'll never forget. Of all the RODS events I've been a part of, this was honestly my favorite. Guess what!? We're going to do it again and YOU'RE INVITED! The concert will be on December 5th and 6th at 7pm at the Utah State University Performance Hall. Come join us for an event that will set the tone for the holidays and leave a lasting impression for many years to come!http://usustarrynight.weebly.com/
